Judith A. Leibl is the
Business Development Director for Maximus Title,
LLC. In this capacity, she is responsible for all
aspects of business development and sales throughout
the states Maximus Title, LLC is licensed to operate
in.
Judi has six years of experience in the
title/abstracting/settlement industry but has an
additional nineteen years experience as a results
oriented business/operations manager and regulatory
compliance officer. She has managed day-to-day
operations for several central and northern New York
companies including the Director of Operations for
Syracuse based Credit Control, Inc. Immediately
prior to joining Maximus Title Judi’s entry into the
title industry was with another Syracuse based
company, Resource Confidential, which was a real
estate research company. As the operations manager
all business development and abstracting service
departments reported to her at Resource. Resource
also had a sister company, ClearTract Title, where
Judi was intimately involved with title production
and settlement services. ClearTract also had
operations in several other states, which Judi was
responsible for licensing and developing.
Ms.Leibl received her Bachelor of Science degree from Empire State
College in Syracuse, New York and is also a New York
State Licensed Notary Public.
Judi is a member of the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce,
a member of their Government Modernization Task
Force, the Syracuse 20/20, a not-for-profit
organization, the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary,
the Central New York Banking Association and a
member of the National Association of Professional
Mortgage Women.
