Julia Kirby : Chief Operating Officer

       Julia J. Kirby is the Chief Operating Officer of Maximus Title LLC. In this capacity, she is responsible for all aspects of the title operation. 
       Julia is a thirty-year veteran of the title industry. She has managed New York State and National operations for Ticor and Chicago Title Insurance Company. She was Vice-President and New York Manager of Stewart Title Insurance Company’s New York Operations specializing in commercial and national transactions. Immediately prior to joining Maximus Title, Julia was the Executive Vice-President of a multi- state title agency lender affiliate and was on the Executive Team of the lender.
        Kirby received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emmanuel Collage and holds a Masters Degree from Fordham University.
        She has served on the New York City Advisory Board of Independence Community Bank and on the Board of Directors of Ticor Title Insurance Company.
        She is a member of WX, Inc., the Executive Real Estate Women’s Association, CYO Super Bowl Chairman for the Archdiocese of New York, the Cardinal’s Committee for the Laity and numerous other professional and civic organizations. She has taught real estate courses at Westchester Community College where she served as an Adjunct Professor.
